Refund Policy
PromdiPreneur Payroll is a digital product. Each license is delivered as a Google Sheets payroll workbook set up for your company, together with its user manual and quick guide.
No refunds after delivery
Once your payroll workbook access has been emailed to you, the sale is final. A delivered workbook cannot be returned, so we cannot refund it.
When we refund in full
- Double purchase. You were charged more than once for the same company license under the same account. We refund each duplicate charge.
- Non-delivery. We do not deliver your workbook within 3 business days after you submit the company setup form, and you ask to cancel before it is delivered.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned through SaligPay to your original payment method.
